Manchester City took an early lead in the 34th minute. Rico Lewis ran down the right and delivered a great cross into the box. Erling Haaland rose above Santiago Bueno and headed past the goalkeeper to make it 0-1.

Three minutes later, 37 minutes in, Man City extended their lead. Oscar Bobb, making his Premier League debut, beat Toti Gomes and played the ball to Tijjani Reijnders. The summer signing hit a wonderful long-range shot that Sa couldn’t get near and made it 0-2.
Haaland’s Second Goal
After the break, City continues to dominate. 61 minutes in, Reijnders played a great pass to Haaland. The Norwegian outmuscled Max Kilman and scored a low shot into the net, his second and 0-3.
Cherki Seals the Win
The final blow came 81 minutes in. Substitute Rayan Cherki, another debutant, finished it off with a great goal. Jeremy Doku’s run set up Cherki, who fired a low shot into the bottom right corner of the net, making it 4-0.
Key Players
Haaland was the star, man of the match with two goals. Reijnders and Cherki, both new signings, scored one each, while James Trafford kept a clean sheet on his first Premier League start for Man City.
Wolves, under Vitor Pereira, were poor at the back and only had three shots on target. There was a minute’s applause for former Wolves player Diogo Jota in the 20th minute.
