Match Highlights
Arsenal had 68% possession and exploited Nottingham Forest’s weaknesses. Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze were key, while David Raya saved Chris Wood’s ridiculous effort to keep a clean sheet. Morgan Gibbs-White created a late chance for Nottingham Forest, but Jurrien Timber defended it out.
Despite an early injury to Martin Ødegaard, Arsenal’s bench came on and almost added more. This win sets Arsenal up nicely for the Champions League against Athletic Bilbao, while Postecoglou has a tough road ahead.
