Gyokeres’ Penalty
The final goal came in the 90+5th minute. Fifteen-year-old debutant Max Dowman, the third-youngest Premier League player ever, was fouled by Anton Stach for a penalty. Gyokeres stepped up and hammered the ball into the bottom corner for 5-0 and his second of the game.

Timber was man-of-the-match with his two goals and assist, while Gyokeres scored on his home debut. Dowman’s cameo was exciting, with two near-misses. Leeds, managed by Daniel Farke, were poor, with Pascal Struijk and Joe Rodon unable to deal with Arsenal’s attack. Odegaard (shoulder) and Saka (hamstring) injuries in the 38th and 53rd minutes will be a worry for Mikel Arteta.
