A low driven cross into the box caught the defence sleeping and Loïc Badé deflected it into his own net past Flekken. Leverkusen had moments, like Ernest Poku’s pace, but Bayern’s defence, led by Dayot Upamecano, were solid for the clean sheet.

Tom Bischof Player of the Match with 312 Fantasy points. The 19 year old was calm and composed in a rotated Bayern midfield.

Serge Gnabry scored on his 250th Bundesliga game, Konrad Laimer with an assist and lots of energy. Lennart Karl with great movement and for Leverkusen Jonathan Tah solid at the back.
